(Dan Tri) – Iran has repeatedly warned that there is not much time left for a political solution to the Israel-Hamas conflict as thousands of people died after more than a week of fighting.

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian on October 18 warned that `time is running out` for finding a political solution to the Israel-Hamas conflict.

The specific message behind this comment by the Iranian diplomat is unknown, but it was made as Israel and armed groups in Gaza blamed each other for the attack on a hospital in Gaza on October 17.

The Iranian Embassy in Syria also posted a similar message: `Time is running out.`

Earlier this week, Iranian officials warned that there is not much time left to find a political solution to the Israel-Hamas conflict and that this conflict is at risk of spreading to other fronts.

`If measures to immediately stop Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip fall into a deadlock, it is likely that many other fronts will be opened,` the Iranian Foreign Minister said.

In a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi emphasized: `If that happens, the situation will be even more difficult to control.`

Iran is believed to be one of the parties supporting Hamas forces in the Gaza Strip.

`The leaders of the resistance movement will not let Israel arbitrarily do what it wants in the Gaza Strip. All options are still open, we cannot be indifferent to actions against the people of Gaza,`

The war between Israel and Hamas is dangerously escalating as fighting continues to erupt.

Both sides are blaming each other for the attack on al-Ahli Arabi Baptist hospital in the Gaza Strip on the evening of October 17, which left more than 500 people dead.

Israel has presented a series of evidence confirming that it was not involved in the attack.

The evidence includes a tape they say records a call between two Hamas agents.

The Israeli army also released a video lasting about 30 seconds showing the scene outside the raided hospital.

Israeli military spokesman Jonathan Conricus said evidence showed that this could not have been an Israeli air bombing.

Mr. Conricus added that the reason the Israeli military delayed releasing information was because it took several hours to thoroughly investigate and understand the incident.

Leaders of many countries have called for a clear investigation of who is responsible for this bloody attack.
